There is no charge to enter any of our awards.

You may enter as many categories as you wish, but you must complete a separate submission for each category. Sponsors are not permitted to enter a category they are sponsoring.

Once you have submitted your entry you will receive an email confirming that we have received your nomination.

Entries can only be accepted from individuals or groups working for NHS Scotland.

All information provided in the entry form is strictly confidential and only for use in the judging process and viewed by the judging panel.

The judging meeting will take place on 29 September. All finalists will be contacted by email or telephone within 7 days of the judging. The shortlist will be published online.

A distinguished panel of experts from the Scottish Government will meet to choose our winners. Each nomination is scored by the panel against a set criteria.

This year’s winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony which will take place at the O2 Academy, Edinburgh on Thursday 3 November.

The dress code is black tie.

We always try to accommodate special dietary requirements and request this information in advance of the awards event. You can do this via the website when booking your tickets/tables. Once logged into your account, you will see dietary requirements in the booking section under each guest’s personal details. If you need advice or help with this, or would like to discuss any specific details please contact the event manager.
Please note that all special dietary requirements must be arranged in advance.

Of course, please inform the events team in advance of the evening who will ensure you are seated in the best place to accommodate your needs.

The venue doesn't have car parking facilities. There is on street parking available close by.

There will be a table plan on display in the drinks reception area. A member of the events team will be on hand to help you find your name and table number.
